Talent Release Form

I, the undersigned talent, hereby grant permission to Kiwi Droneography, hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," to take photographs and/or videos of me using a drone at the specified location described above.

I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Release of Likeness: I grant Kiwi Droneography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs/videos of me, including my likeness, in any and all forms of media, including but not limited to digital, print, and social media platforms, for the purpose of advertising, marketing, and promotion of their services.

2. Permission to Fly Over: I give permission for Kiwi Droneography to fly drones over me during the photography session.

3. Ownership of Images/Videos: I understand that Kiwi Droneography retains all rights to the images/videos captured during the photography session, including the right to edit, alter, or modify the images/videos as they see fit.

4. No Compensation: I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation, royalty, or payment of any kind for the use of my likeness in the photographs/videos.

5. Release of Liability: I release and discharge Kiwi Droneography, their agents, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, actions, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs/videos, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

6. Authorization to Land on Property: If applicable, I confirm that I have the authority to grant permission for Kiwi Droneography to land the drone on the property described above for the purpose of capturing photographs/videos.

7. Acknowledgement of Legal Capacity: I certify that I am of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

8. Signature: By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this release form and agree to be bound by them.
